Large stuffed animals make a great gifts for kids and for adults, too. I wish I took a photo of my toddler son's reaction when we got a giant stuffed cow as a present for our younger boy. My kids have a lot of popular toys and to be honest, I didn't expect that a big plush cow would be a huge hit. She is practically a member of the family (as I will demonstrate below).

With my son's birthday and Easter around the corner, I'm thinking about buying another one of these super cute and cuddly large stuffed animals featured here. Maybe a really big stuffed bunny? That would be cool!

Holly Cow! It's a cow indeed - and a very big one!

Meet our large stuffed cow named Mu-Mu. Isn't she adorable? I think so, too! When we got her as a gift from family friends, my first thought was that it will look great in the nursery as a decorative item. I didn't think that kids would actually play with it. Well, I was wrong. Mu-Mu was a loved toy from the start.

Mu-Mu lives in the nursery but every day my kids bring her in the living room so she could have some quality time with the family. Even my cats don't feel intimidated by a very large stuffed cow sitting on the couch. Boys love to ride her (who needs a rocking horse when you have a cow?). It's perfect for my almost two year old son because is so soft and cuddly.

I just realized that our stuffed cow is very much alike this pillow pet cow. They are about the same size. Only difference is that our cow can't be used as a pillow, which I think is a cool bonus.

Mu-Mu occasionally goes out. We take her when we go to visit our 3 year old niece. She loves to drive in the car but her big stuffed butt often caught between the kid's seats.

Don't forget to feed a cow! In case you didn't know, large stuffed animals eat plastic vegetable. If your kid wants to feed his stuffed animal toy with real food, it can get messy and it's not easy to clean it. Trust me, it's not a good idea, so make sure to buy some cheap play food bellow to avoid a situation like this: "Moooom! Mu-MU is hungry! Can I give her some pasta with tomato sauce for dinner?"

Kids would love to cook a dinner for their stuffed animal. This colorful vegetables can be pretend-peeled and sliced, then fit back together again. How cool is that?

I love this giant stuffed giraffe! Looks really realistic and I'm sure that any child would love to get it as a gift for any occasion. Also, if your nursery is decorated with a jungle of safari theme, this would make a great décor item to make your baby's room really special. Melissa & Doug Plush Giraffe has an excellent rating by customers on Amazon. I read a few reviews and they are really good. Someone even bought this as a Halloween costume. Pretty cool idea, but I feel sorry for the poor giraffe.
